We enjoyed a gorgeous hot day here today. Hope you are enjoying yours as well. Here are my Whites for this week. Join Kathleen over at Faded * Charm for some lovely whites by wonderful talented bloggers.
We have two large urns that we planted these wonderful white flowers in.
See the large Rosary Beads on St. Francis? They were originally from a Nun or a Priest. Since I went to a Catholic School they brought back memories and I knew they would look good on this statue.
I just love these fluffy, ruffly slips.
White Geranium
Ooh la la
I bought this unique piece at a tag sale of a woman who had collected lots of antiques. I used it for my vintage photos but I wonder what it may have been originally used for. Maybe collars or shirt fronts?
Now for my Yummy Mexican Dip. I don't have a photo but you can't go wrong. It is very easy and oh so delicious.
*2 packages Philly cream cheese
*2 cans of chilli with beans
*1 jar of hot salsa
*1 large package of shreaded cheese. I use the mexican blend.
Mix together and bake for about an hour or until it bubbles @ 350.
Use *Frito dippers to dip and enjoy!
I am making it for Memorial Day. It is always a big hit. If you try it, let me know if you liked it. I'll bet you do:)
'Till next time,
~Debra
Debra, that hanger you found is SO cool...never saw anything like it...loving the ruffly slips!!!
ReplyDeleteOh Debra ~ That dip! You ARE a Vixen:) I will make it for Friday Happy Hour on my deck. Today was so gorgeous outside ~ never too hot for me. I went thru 9 years of Catholic school as well and that statue brings me right back ~ in a good way. Give those sweet puppies a squeeze for me.
