It's White Wednesday again!

I love White Wednesdays.  I can share some of my 'whites' with you and enjoy yours as well. It is something fun to look forward to in the middle of the week thanks to Kathleen of Faded Charm.  Thank you Kathleen! (check out her blog for more white loveliness.)  Here is what I have this week for you.

This Mexican hutch is pine and I loved it but it needed to be white. So I painted and distressed it and  now it is perfect.

I bought this wonderful birdhouse from Brimfield. It hangs on a tree in front of my studio and the birds love it.

When I saw this cupola I knew I had to have it.  It is surrounded by my succulents in the living room. It is wonderfully aged.

This is our mantle in the kitchen.  I change it from time to time. But it always has some of my white things. The pretty frame is new but the print is old. I love how new and old things work together.

Since we are so fortunate  to live in an old 1700s barn, we have these great chestnut beams.  In the kitchen they hold herbs and dried flowers.  I buy flowers every week from a very nice family owned farm who sells at one of the flea markets I attend.  Two dozen roses for $10.00 makes me happy for more than a week. I dry and hang them to further my enjoyment.

Hope you enjoyed todays Whites.  I will stop by your blogs and check out yours. Have a fabulous day!!

Till next time................
~Debra

  5. Good Morning, thank you for visiting with me, you sure do know how to do white. I'm scared to death to paint and distress. I wish I dared, with one room at least.

  8. Answering your question. Thanks for visiting! I HAD 5 doggies. My Silky Terrier Annie Grace, and my Black Lab/Shepherd Sam are both no longer with us, but buried in our back yard in a special place. I now have the Three Amigos (boys). Gideon, Rob Roy, and Kobe. We love them very very much. Thank you for the good words to my Marine.I will pass it on. God Bless.
